Steps in Adding Pinterest Follow Button.
There are two main steps to add pinterest follow button on your website.Clicking the follow me button. This takes the reader to your profile page. In your profile page all your boards are displayed.Your reader can now choose to follow each board or choose to follow all boards at once by clicking the respective buttons.

Adding Codes.
Code for Blogspot- Go to layout > Add a Gadget and select HTML/Javascript.
- Copy any of the above code and paste it inside the content box.
- Replace ''USERNAME'' with your Pinterest username.
- Save.
- Go to Dashboard > Appearance > Widgets > Available widgets.
- Drag text into the sidebar.
- Paste in the pinterest code
- Replace ''USERNAME'' with your Pinterest username.
- Save

The credit for my successful Pinterest account goes to PinPinterest com. I used to spend a lot of time on Pinterest and still, I was not able to get a decent amount of followers.
